Quiet Quail Productions was founded by Ty Reed with the single goal in mind to inspire creativity and modesty to the film industry. Starting as a brand new Tucson productions company means we have to prove ourselves, but we are confident in our level of grit & efficiency to satisfy every customer. Ty Reed has nearly a decade of video editing experience, mainly with Adobe Premiere Pro but also handles Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro X, and DaVinci Resolve.

Ty Reed also has had on-set film production experience since he was 15 years old, starting what began as a hobby which quickly became a career path at Tanque Verde High School’s film class. He has experience working as a director, director of photography, cameraman, boom operator, best boy, 1st grip, 2nd AC, 2nd AD, sound editor, & video editor. Safe to say, anything you’d like to be made, we’ll know how to make it.

We see the quail through multiple metaphorical figures as a modest, and humble bird that brought unity. We are a company that no matter how little or large our success becomes, we don’t ever want to forget our roots, making the logo of our company a symbol that promotes modesty will hopefully inspire others to act the same.
